By registering for courses, attending events, using our co-working space, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Course Enrollment and Payments

4.1 Course Registration

When you enroll in a course:

• You commit to completing the course requirements
• You agree to pay the specified course fees
• You acknowledge that course content is subject to change
• You understand that courses have limited capacity

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Paystack
• Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement
• Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated
• Payment receipts will be sent via email

4.3 Refund Policy

5. Event Registration

For events and workshops:

• Registration is required for all events
• Event fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled
• KDIH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events
• You will be notified of any changes via email

6. Co-working Space Usage

When using our co-working space, you agree to:

• Respect other users and maintain a professional environment
• Not engage in illegal or disruptive activities
• Take care of KDIH property and equipment
• Follow all safety and security protocols
• Pay for any damages caused by your negligence

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 KDIH Content

All course materials, website content, logos, and trademarks are owned by KDIH or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials without permission
• Use KDIH branding without authorization
• Sell or commercialize course content

7.2 User Content

By submitting content (projects, assignments, feedback), you grant KDIH a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share your content for educational and promotional purposes.

8. Code of Conduct

All users must:

• Treat staff, instructors, and fellow participants with respect
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• Not engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of this code may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

9. Certificates and Credentials

Course completion certificates are issued based on:

• Attendance of at least 80% of classes
• Completion of all required assignments and projects
• Passing final assessments (if applicable)

Certificates are for educational purposes and do not guarantee employment or professional licensure.

10. Limitation of Liability

KDIH is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Actions of third-party service providers
• Personal injury or property damage (except where caused by our negligence)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KDIH harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your use of our services
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

13. Modifications to Services

KDIH reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services at any time
• Change course curriculum and schedules
• Update pricing and fees with notice
• Suspend services for maintenance or improvements

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services:

• For violation of these Terms of Service
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• For non-payment of fees
• At our discretion with or without notice

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and materials.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Katsina State, Nigeria.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation
• Legal action may be pursued as a last resort

17. Severability
